Payment, Ordering and Shipping
Monkeywrench Racing accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as payment by cashier's check or money order or wire transfer.
We will happily accept your order via our website or over the phone.
We ship all orders via UPS. Orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 1 business day; if part or all of an order is out of stock the customer is notified and the parts are shipped as soon as available. Tracking numbers are available at MWR's disgression.
Return Policy
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 30 days from the date of sale. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted or damaged will be allowed regardless of who installed the parts or how the damage occurred. You MUST contact MWR for an RMA number before any returns can be made. We will not accept any returns without this number- any returns that arrive without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. You must write the RMA clearly on the outside of the returning package. All returns must be received by MWR within 14 days after the RMA number has been issued. The RMA does not guarantee a replacement or refund; we will inspect and evaluate the returned merchandise for elegibility for return. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A copy of your invoice must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a phone number where we can reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. We cannot be held responsible for parts ordered for the wrong application. If a correct part is ordered, but shipped incorrectly, we will cover shipping expenses through approved shipping means and methods. All approved refunds will be paid by either Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, at MWR's disgression.
No returns are allowed on electrical or special order items. If a custom item, such as custom pistons, is cancelled before delivery there is a 25% cancellation charge.
Refused shipments are handles exactly like a return- no refund on shipping charges, 25% restocking fee.
Other Policies
Typographical errors: MWR strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the products and services listed on our Web Sites, however, as MWR cannot verify all information from all manufacturers and providers and as errors in gathering and publishing such information may occur, MWR does not warrant that the product and service listings are or will be always accurate, complete or current and MWR shall not be liable or responsible as a result of any errors therein. Therefore, MWR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, and your order has been canceled, MWR shall immediately issue a credit to you in the amount of the incorrect price.
